Which areas does TheFlameTree deliver to?
We deliver all across Pakistan.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
At the moment, we do not offer same-day delivery.
Why did the product in my shopping bag disappear?
Adding an item to your Shopping Bag does not reserve it. It’s possible that someone else completed the checkout before you, making the item out of stock. If that happens, you can check back later when it becomes available again.
Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, all TheFlameTree orders are insured against theft or damage while in transit. Once delivered and signed for at your address, the responsibility transfers to you. To ensure safe delivery, a signature is required upon receipt.
Does TheFlameTree deliver to multiple addresses?
No, we can only deliver to one address per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes:

How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an Order ID via email. This ID can be used to track your order status. You may also contact our customer care team for updates.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We don’t have a return or exchange policy under normal circumstances. However, if a faulty or damaged item is delivered, you can contact our customer service. You may either:

Exchange it for another in-stock product, OR

Get Store Credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping).
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances. Instead, we provide Store Credit of equal value (excluding shipping costs), valid if you return the faulty item within 3 days.
There is a fault with the product. What do I do?
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incomplete, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange an exchange or provide Store Credit.
Do you offer a repairs service?
Yes, TheFlameTree offers a complimentary repair service for up to 1 year from the date of purchase (terms apply).
How do I buy a gift card?
Currently, TheFlameTree does not offer gift cards.
