Return & Exchange Policy


1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery via Email or WhatsApp, along with:
Pictures and a short video clearly showing the issue
A copy of your Order ID / Invoice
Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be arranged free of cost. Our team will coordinate the courier pickup and delivery.
Please note:
Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for exchange.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
 
2. If you would like to exchange an unused item for another product from our catalog, you may do so within 2 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp and share:
Pictures and a short video of the item
A copy of your Order ID / Invoice


Customers will be required to pay:
Price difference (if applicable)
Courier charges
If the newly selected item is lower in price, the remaining amount will be refunded via:

3. No other returns or exchanges are offered beyond the situations described above.
