Exchange & Return Policy

At TheFlameTree, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we do not offer exchange or return in normal circumstances.

In the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged item, you may contact our customer support team. Customers can choose to:

  • Exchange the faulty item for another product in stock, OR

  • Avail Store Credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping costs), which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Important Guidelines

  • Complaints about faulty or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. After this period, claims cannot be entertained.

  • Refunds are allowed only in rare approved cases after review by our support team. The refund process may take up to 15 days.

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
